Victor Seder
General Manager
Victor is a Journeyman Technician who has been working in the HVAC/R industry since 1976. He spent 20 years as a journeyman in the trade installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC equipment. In 1990, Victor started VCS Hytek as one of two technicians. Victor and the Hytek team have built the company over the last 25 years by providing quality workmanship, customer service and customer satisfaction.

Garrett Seder
Operations Manager
Garrett has been in the HVAC industry since 2000. He worked as a technician for 8 years, then moved into the office in 2008. His experience and knowledge from installing, servicing, and maintaining HVAC equipment has proved to be a great asset to his role as Hytek's Operations Manager.

Donald T. Wong, P Eng.
Project Manager
Don has a BaSC degree in Mechanical Engineering and has been involved in the construction industry since 1975. He is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. Don estimates Bid and Spec Commercial HVAC construction projects, and coordinates the work through to project completion.

Bob Wray
HVAC Design & Project Manager
Bob has been in the HVAC/R industry since 1975. He was a journeyman in the trade and spent many years travelling throughout BC repairing, servicing and installing equipment. Bob then spent 8 years operating a successful Commercial HVAC Service Department and designing HVAC systems. He has extensive experience in designing HVAC systems, diagnosing “sick building syndrome”, and doing equipment replacement and upgrades. Bob typically meets on-site to design HVAC solutions that are cost-effective and meet the customers needs.

Ron Angelini
Service Account Manager
Ron has been providing customer service and sales support in the HVAC industry for over 31 years. By working closely with equipment suppliers and our service technicians, he can provide quick and cost effective service to Hytek’s clients.
Ron can customize Preventative Maintenance programs that will minimize equipment downtime and maintain accurate comfort levels for employees and tenants.

David Feitsma
Construction Forman/Project Coordinator
David is a Journeyman Technician who has been working in the HVAC/R industry since 1988.
He has been involved in all aspects of service, repairs, building maintenance and a wide variety of installations. As Construction Foreman David manages and coordinates new construction, retrofit and major repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
He also has been involved in the design/build aspect of the HVAC/R trade and can provide common sense solutions with regards to design and retrofits.

John Jutras
Project Manager
John has been in the HVAC/R industry for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in design/build and design/assist projects as well as bid-spec tenders. John offers the ability to take a project from conception, working with architects and designers, through construction and warranty to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Brian Lunde
Account Manager
Brian has been in the HVAC/R industry for over 30 years, providing sales and operations support to building owners and property managers. Whether it be preventive maintenance programs to maximize occupant comfort and equipment lifespan, or working with client’s budgets to provide equipment replacement and upgrades programs, Brian is available to assist.
